Focus on sustainability

We are actively committed to environmental protection and sustainability and are proud to make our contribution to an environmentally friendly future. At GKTool, sustainability is at the heart of our values and corporate culture. We aim to promote environmentally friendly practices in all our business areas and minimise our ecological impact.
Our production processes are designed for efficiency and resource conservation. Continuous optimisation and the use of innovative technologies, such as in-mould stitching (IMS) technology, enable us and our customers to reduce our environmental impact. The integration of all process steps in one mould eliminates the need for adhesives and chemical substances, which contributes to an environmentally friendly solution.
The responsible use of energy and resources is particularly close to our hearts. We invest in optimised energy management to reduce energy consumption and promote the use of renewable energies. In this way, we make our contribution to climate protection and to reducing our CO2-footprint.

Hot runner with impressive dimensions in use

Size is not an obstacle for us, but rather a challenge that we are happy to take on. At GKTool, we currently have a hot runner from Oerlikon HRSflow with impressive dimensions.
